1 Scope
1.0.1 This standard specifies the basic principles and relevant design methods for the foundation design of overhead transmission line tower.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the foundation design of the newly-built 35kV~500kV overhead transmission line tower. The design of the foundation of other voltage grades and communication towers may refer to this standard.
1.0.3 The foundation of the temporary overhead transmission line tower may be designed by reference to this standard, but the standard may be reduced properly.
1.0.4 The foundation of the renovated and rebuilt overhead transmission line tower may be checked or designed by reference to this standard according to the specific conditions and the existing line operation experience.
