1.0.1 This Standard was developed to make secondary design of fossil-fired power plant and substation meets the requirements of safety and reliability, technical advancement, economy and suitability and national conditions.
1.0.2 This Standard specifies principles and standards that the electric secondary design of power plant and substation shall comply with.
1.0.3 This Standard is applicable to the newly-built fossil fired power plant with single machine rated capacity of 12 MW~1000 MW Grade and newly-built substation with unit set transformer rated capacity of 5 MV•A and above.
1.0.4 As for the design of secondary wiring, experiences shall be continuously summed up, and identified new technology and new products shall be adopted and promoted actively and cautiously.
1.0.5 Secondary wiring design shall actively adopted the standard design and typical design passing audit to improve design quality and create conditions to protect and control the standardization production of equipment.
1.0.6 Circuits with the voltage above 250 V should not enter control and protection screen.
