1 Scope
This code specifies the general technical specification of the electrical fire prevention detection, visual check, instrument detection and judgment method for potential problem of electrical fire.
This code is applicable to the electrical fire prevention detection for 10kV or below power user.
This code is not applicable to the electrical fire prevention detection of mining shaft bottom, explosive-risk place as well as electrostatic prevention, lightning protection and fire prevention facilities.

3 General Provisions
3.1 The electric equipment and line shall be corresponding with the environment conditions and specified working state.
3.2 The electric equipment and line as well as the accessories shall meet the product quality standard, and shall be provided with the product qualification certificate.
3.3 The electrical fire prevention detection shall be carried out after the electric equipment and line have undergone more than 1h load operation and the temperature change ratio is less than 1℃/h after entering into thermal stability working state.
3.4 The electrical fire prevention detection shall not only comply with this code, but also shall comply with those specified in the national current relevant mandatory codes and standards.
