1 Scope
This standard specifies technical specifications, test methods, inspection rules, marking, package, instruction, transportation and storage of coal mine electrochemical carbon monoxide transducer.
This standard is applicable to electrochemical carbon monoxide transducers used for monitoring in coalmine shafts (hereinafter referred to as transducers)

3 Terms and Definitions
3.1
Displayed value
Measured value displayed on the transducer.
3.2
Zero point
Displayed value of the transducer for normal work in the clean air
3.3
Calibration point
The selected calibration gas sample value of the sensor meeting the requirements of measuring accuracy
3.4
Alarm point
The pre-set alarm start value of sensor according to the operation requirement
3.5
Basic error
The measuring error value of the sensor determined in the normal test condition
3.6
Stability
In the specified operating condition and time, the zero point, calibration point and alarm point of the sensor are kept within the range of allowable variation.
3.7
T90 response time
If the concentration of the carbon monoxide had step change, 90% of the time for sensor output to reach the stable value.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 Sensors shall requirements in this standard, drawings and technological document manufacturing shall be examined and approved in accordance with the established procedure and authorized inspection organizations.
4.1.2 Sensors and associative devices shall be matched, and shall pass the joint inspection of anti-explosion inspection organizations authorized by relevant national departments. Associative devices matched with the sensor shall have effective safety sign certificate of products used for mine.
4.1.3 Explosion proof type of sensors shall use the mine intrinsic safety type and the anti-explosion mark is "ExibI".
