1 Scope
This standard specifies the installation, maintenance and management requirements of water rescue system in metal and nonmetal underground mine.

3 Terms and definitions
3.1
water rescue system
system for providing drinking water underground in case of mine disaster, which includes water sources, filtration devices, water supply pipes, tees and valves, etc.
3.2
supplying-water system for produce
system that provides production water for underground operation sites during normal mine production, including water sources, water supply pipes, tees and valves, etc.

drinking water
drinking water for human life
3.4
hydrostatic pressure supplying-water
it using the natural pressure difference between the water source location and the underground water point to supply water to the underground water point
3.5
pump supplying-water
it using water pump to supply water to underground water points
4 Construction requirements
4.1 Metal and nonmetal underground mines shall be constructed according to the actual needs of safe self-rescue to improve the water rescue system.
4.2 The water rescue system shall be designed and constructed according to the design requirements.
4.3 Water rescue system shall give priority to hydrostatic pressure supplying-water; where conditions are not met, adopt pump supplying-water.
