1.0.1 The purpose of this NCD-collection is to ensure realizing the uniformity and quality of Ichnographic Construction Drawings (Ich-CD) in the whole country by specifying ich-notations for Building Structural Construction Drawings.
1.0.2 Rules of ich-notations in this NSD-collection are applicable to the construction drawings for cast-in-place slab stairs of concrete structure and masonry structure.
1.0.3 When applying rules of ich-notations in this NCD-collection, not only should it fulfill the requirements in this NSD-collection, but also should confirm to relevant current national technical codes, regulations and standards.
1.0.4 Ich-CD is usually constituted of two parts, say Ich-CD for elements and standard detail drawings, but for the complicated industrial and civil buildings, mold drawings, plan for openings, embedded parts drawings and etc. should be added . In special cases, sections for reinforcements drawing could be necessary.
1.0.5 When Ich-CD is used for specific building design, rules of ich-notations for various elements should be followed, notations for dimensions and reinforcements of elements as well as relevant detail drawings should be presented directly on the (standard floor) structure lay-out plan. Completed set of construction drawing should be filed proper, better to rank in the order of foundation, column, shear wall, beam, slab, stairs and other elements. During plotting, it should be listed according to the sequence of foundation, column, shear wall, beam, slab, stairs and other elements.
1.0.6 On the structure layout plan, there is one type of ich-notations for dimensions and reinforcements of cast-in-place slab stairs, say notations for plane.
1.0.7 Where preparing structure Ich-CD, code number should be given to all stairs; code number is consisted of type code, serial number and etc. The main function of type code is to indicate relevant detail drawings, thus the complementary relationship between standard detail drawings and Ich-CD established. In this way, practicable structure Ich-CDs will be completed.
1.0.8 When preparing structure Ich-CD, Tabulation notations of other types of notations for each floor plan, including above ground and underground floors, should be given. In which structure floor elevations, structure floor height and relevant floor structure code should be included.
In order to ensure the vertical positioning are according to the same standard for foundations, columns, walls, beams, slabs and etc. the structure floor elevations and structural floor heights must be unified in single item engineering. For convenience of construction works, the uniform floor elevations of structural floors and structural floor heights shall be placed into relative Ich-CD of columns, walls, beams and various elements.
Note: the floor level of structural layers refers to the sum of the ground and floor level of all storeys in the architectural drawing which is deducted of the thickness of the building facing and cushion; the number of structural layers shall be consistent with the number of building storeys.
1.0.9 In order to ensure the contractor can carry out work correctly based on Ich-CD, following contents closely the general specification for the specific engineering structure design must clearly related to Ich-CD must be contained in the structural design specification of specific project engineering:
I. The selected Ich-CD collection number (like this NSD-collection number: 03G101-1) shall be noted so as to avoid using wrong edition of NCD-collection.
II. The concrete strength grade and steel bars grade selected for the stairs shall be noted so as to determine the minimum anchorage length and the minimum lap length of corresponding tension reinforcement.
