Test method and technical requirements for dry storage of dishwasher
1 Scope
This standard specifies scope, terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods and marking of the dishwasher storage.
This standard is applicable to full-automatic dishwashers for household or similar use, for which the dry storage (with no residual water, pure dry storage) is clearly indicated on the appliance or the instructions for use.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 20290-2016 and the following apply.
3.1
dishwasher
machine that washes and rinses ceramic tableware, glassware, metal tableware and cooking utensils, etc. with chemical, mechanical, thermal and electrical energy. The dishwasher may or may not be subjected to dry operation at the end of the programme.
3.2
dishwasher storage
function of dishwasher capable of keeping tablewares, inner container and filtering system dry and clean for a certain period of time with physical or chemical methods at the end of the programme
3.3
tableware dry storage
capability of dishwasher to keep the internal tableware dry at the end of the programme
3.4
dishwasher internal components dry storage
capability of dishwasher to keep the inner container and the components on filtering system dry at the end of the programme
3.5
filtering system dry storage
capability of dishwasher to keep the filtering system dry at the end of the programme
3.6
dry storage index
comprehensive capability parameter of dishwasher to keep the tableware, inner container and filtering system dry at the end of the programme
3.7
storage grade
level for ranking dry storage effect of dishwasher according to the dry storage index of dishwasher

Chinese standard tableware
standard appliances or consumables, which are composed according to the specifications and proportions required by the standard and Chinese catering habits
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Dry storage index of tableware
For dishwashers with dry storage, the dry storage index of tableware shall not be less than 0.8.
4.2 Dishwasher internal components dry storage index
For dishwasher with dry storage, the dishwasher internal components dry storage index shall not be less than 0.6.
4.3 Filtering system dry storage index
For dishwasher with dry storage, the filtering system dry storage index shall not be less than 0.5.
4.4 Odor removal index
Dishwashers with dry storage, odor removal index shall not be less than 0.6 during the dry storage.
4.5 Dry storage index of dishwasher
The dry storage grade is the comprehensive consideration of dry index of tableware, internal components, filtrating system and odor removal index and is ranked according to Table 1.

5 Test method
5.1 Test conditions
The test conditions shall be as follows unless otherwise specified:
a) Ambient temperature: (23±2)℃;
b) Relative humidity: (55±5)%;
c) Supply voltage: rated voltage;
d) Supply frequency: (50±1) Hz;
e) Water temperature: (15±2)℃;
f) Inlet water pressure: (0.24±0.02)MPa.
Note: If the rated voltage of the test prototype is different from that of the national work order system, the test shall be conducted according to the nominal voltage of the power supply system.
