1 Scope
This document specifies the basic structure, environmental requirements, functional requirements, performance requirements, safety performance and test methods of power exchange platform and device of EV shared swap station.
This document is applicable to the power exchange platform of EV shared swap station, and may also be used for other types of swap stations as a reference.

3 Terms and definitions

parking platform
mechanical bench used to park the vehicle when the battery pack of the change vehicle is exchanged

parking space
parking position of the vehicle that meets the requirements of the change operation when the battery pack of the change vehicle is exchanged

mechanical bench and equipment for battery pack exchange of change vehicles , including vehicle parking platform, battery pack exchange equipment
4 Basic structure
The change platform mainly includes parking platform, vehicle positioning device, vehicle lifting device (if necessary), battery pack exchange equipment, etc.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 Environmental requirements
5.1.1 Ambient temperature
Working environment: -20°C~+50°C.
5.1.2 Relative humidity
Adapted relative humidity: ≤95% (40°C±2°C) (no condensation).
5.2 Functional requirements
5.2.1 Vehicle cleanliness requirements
Before the change vehicle enters the parking platform, ensure that the vehicle chassis and battery pack are clean, do not affect the safety of power exchange; and there is no dripping water, snow, ice, mud accumulation, etc.; the maximum particles within 10 cm around the electrical connector and liquid cooling connector are less than 1,000 μm, and the total particle weight is less than 80 mg/L.
