1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to implementing the current relevant regulations, guidelines and policies of the nation, unifying the technical requirements, assuring the quality, improving the level, accomplishing advanced technology, economy and rationality, safety and usability, and facilitating operation, management and maintenance, with respect to the design for the water treatment and reinjection engineering in highly hydrogen sulfide gas field.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the design for the newly-built, extended and renovated water treatment and reinjection engineering in onshore highly hydrogen sulfide gas field, beach and alongshore highly hydrogen sulfide gas field.
1.0.3 The design for the water treatment and reinjection engineering in highly hydrogen sulfide gas field shall not only comply with the requirements of this Code, but also those of the current relevant standards of the nation.
