本标准适用于制备低压钡酚醛树脂预浸的无碱玻璃纤维布、高硅氧玻璃纤维布和短纤维涤纶布。 1 原材料 本标准中所用的原材料及辅助材料见表1。 表1 材料名称 技术条件 规格 生产单位江 无碱玻璃纤维布 JC170—80 — 江苏省如皋玻璃纤维厂 高硅氧玻璃纤维布 Q/JC13—69 — 陕西省兴平玻璃纤维厂 短纤维涤纶布 GS745—78 一 上海第卅三织布厂 低压钡酚醛树脂 DFQS—3—75 — 北京二五一厂 酒精 GB394—81 工业纯 — 丙酮 GB686—78 化学纯 — 高压聚乙烯塑料薄膜 — 厚0.1mm 宽100mm 北京塑料制品厂 注：①原材料的生产单位不限，以符合技术条件为准。 ②隔离材料可任意选用其它塑料薄膜。 2 主要设备及工具 2.1 主要设备 2.1.1 浸胶机 浸胶机一般由送布架、热处理炉、浸胶槽、烘干炉、牵引机和通风系统等部分组成，如图1所示。 纤维布架 热处理炉(通风) 胶槽(上胶辊) 挤胶辊 烘干炉(通风) 牵引机及裁布刀架 图1 浸胶机的主要性能应满足表2的要求。 表2 牵引速度 0～85m/h(无级变速) 有效工作宽度 ＞1m 热处理炉温度 室温～500℃ 烘干炉温度 室温～200℃ 2.1.2 电热鼓风干燥箱(简称烘干箱) 调温范围 室温至200℃。 控温精度±1℃。 2.1.3 茂福炉 调温范围 室温至1000℃。 2.1.4 分析天平 感量不大于0.001g。 2.2 主要工具 婆梅氏比重计、量筒、塞尺及干燥器。 3 制造工艺 3.1 工艺流程 预浸布制备工艺流程如图2所示。 纤维布 热处理 浸胶 烘干 收卷 包装 预浸布质量分析 钡酚醛树脂 配制胶液 裁布条 倒盘 图2 3.2 低压钡酚醛树脂胶液配制及稀释规则 3.2.1 配制胶液 将低压钡酚醛树脂倒入配胶容器中，加入适量的酒精进行稀释，根据需要将原胶液配成一定浓度的低压钡酚醛树脂胶液。低压钡酚醛树脂胶液必须搅拌均匀，才可倒入浸胶槽内。 3.2.2 胶液稀释 在浸胶过程中，浸胶槽内的胶液浓度会逐渐增大，需要定时调节。在调节浸胶槽内的胶液浓度时，必须用稀胶液进行稀释，不允许将溶剂直接倒入胶槽中，防止预浸布浸渍胶液不均或局部无胶。在生产过程中用测定胶液的密度来控制胶液的浓度。 3.3 浸胶机操作程序 3.3.1 联接纤维布。 3.3.2 热处理炉升温。 3.3.3 烘干炉升温。 3.3.4 检查并调节挤胶辊间隙。
