1 Scope
This standard specifies product classification, requirements, test method, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of sodium gluconate.
This Standard is applicable to sodium gluconate made from faecula and starch (or sugar) by catalytic oxidation process, biological process or enzymatic method.
