Oral rinses
1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of oral rinses.
This standard is applicable to various liquid products used in oral cavity for oral hygiene and care, such as mouthwash and mouthspray.

3 Product classification
Oral rinses shall be classified into concentrated ones and ordinary ones according to their use performance.
a) Concentrated products, which should be used after dilution with water according to the proportion specified in the product instructions;
b) Ordinary products, which can be used directly.
4 Requirements
4.1 Raw materials
The raw materials of oral rinses shall meet the requirements of GB 22115.
4.2 Sensory, physical and chemical indexes
Sensory, physical and chemical indexes of oral rinses shall meet the requirements of Table 1.
4.3 Hygienic indexes
The hygienic indexes of oral rinses shall meet the requirements of Table 2.
