This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of leather for sole.
This standard is applicable to all kinds of leathers for sole which are made of raw animal (such as pig and cattle) hides through various processes and tanning with tanning agents.
