NY/T 3164-2017 Determination of anthocyanins in black rice - High-performance liquid chromatography
1 Scope
This standard specifies the high performance liquid chromatography for two anthocyanins: cyanidin-3-O-glucoside and peonidin-3-O-glucoside in black rice.
This standard is applicable to the determination of cyanidin-3-O-glucoside and peonidin-3-O-glucoside in black rice.
For two anthocyanins, cyanidin-3-O-glucoside and peonidin-3-O-glucoside, the limit of detection is 0.10 mg/kg, and the limit of quantification is 0.40 mg/kg.
