1 Scope
This standard specifies the reference to determine the air transportation serious incident, air transportation incident, general aviation incident and aircraft ground incident of the civil aircraft (hereinafter referred to as "aircraft").
This standard is applicable to determining the aircraft incident.
This standard is not applicable to determining the aircraft incidents caused by national rescue and relief work.
This standard is not applicable to the illegal flight or deliberate damage of the aircraft.
2 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
2.1
Aircraft operation phase
The duration from any staff goes aboard the aircraft for flight until to such staff gets off the aircraft at the end of flight.
2.2
Airport movement area
Ground movement areas, in the airport, for aircraft taking off/landing and related operation, including runways, taxiways and ramps etc.
