3.1
bus electromagnetic glass breaker
device used for breaking the tempered glass of the bus emergency window by electromagnetic force generated by the energized electromagnetic coil to push the impact mandrel of the movable iron core in the coil, in the principle of electromagnetic induction. Generally, it consists of impact mandrel, electromagnetic coil, shell, control switch, manual glass breaking mechanism and other parts
4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The nominal voltage of bus electromagnetic glass breakers [hereinafter referred to as "the product(s)"] is 12 V or 24 V. At 12 V, the operating voltage ranges from 9 V to 16 V; at 24 V, the operating voltage ranges from 18 V to 32 V.
4.1.2 Carbide with hardness of not less than 89 HRA shall be used at the tip of the impact mandrel of the product. The diameter of the impact mandrel is not less than 5 mm, and the protrusion displacement of the impact mandrel is not less than 5 mm.
