1 Scope
This standard specifies selection of vibrating stress relief process parameters and technical requirements as well as the evaluation methods for it.
This standard is applicable to the vibrating stress relief devices of castings, forgings, welding parts, molds and machined parts which are made of carbon structural steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, titanium and their alloy).
