1 Scope
This standard specifies the weather protection types, operating environmental conditions, environmental technical requirements, testing and acceptance requirements, marking and packaging of electric products for tropical environment.
This standard is applicable to electric products for general use in tropical areas (humid tropics, sub-humid tropics and arid tropics).
