GB/T 17061 Technique Specifications of Sampling Instruments for Air in the Workplace
GBZ 159 Specifications of Air Sampling for Hazardous Substances Monitoring in the Workplace
GBZ/T 192.1 Determination of Dust in the Air of Workplace - Part 1: Total Dust Concentration
3 Principle
The dust in the air passes through the preseparator on sampler, then the separated respirable dust particles are collected by means of filter membrane of known mass and the concentration of respirable dust in the air is calculated through the increment of the filter membrane and the gas production.
4 Instrument
4.1 Filter membrane: perchloroethylene filter membrane or other dust determination filter membranes.
4.2 Respirable dust sampler: mainly consists of preseparator and sampler.
4.2.1 Preseparator: the separating performance to dust particle shall comply with the requirements of respirable dust sampler, namely the aerodynamic diameter of collected dust shall be less than 7.07μm and the collection rate of dust particle with 5μm diameter shall be 50%.
4.2.2?Sampler: its performance and technical indexes shall comply with those specified in GB/T 17061. For the workplace requiring explosion protection, the explosion-proof sampler shall be adopted.
4.3 Analytical balance: 0.01mg sensibility.
4.4 Stopwatch or other timers.
4.5 Dryer: containing allochroic silicagel.
4.6 Tweezers.
4.7 Static eliminator.
