The monitoring and controlling units in the automated equipment can also exercise this standard.
This standard is applicable to common basic test methods on equipment adopted by the secondary circuit in the power system.
This standard is also applicable to product test on the secondary circuit in the power system in other industries, like the metallurgy, chemical engineering and railway.
