GB/T 6504-2017 Man-made fiber - Test method for oil content
Warning: Users of this standard shall be experienced in normal laboratory practicing. This standard does not purport to address all of the safety problems, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user to establish appropriate safety and health practices and to ensure compliance with any national regulatory conditions.
The user shall read the material safety data sheet (MSDS) carefully when using the solvents specified in this standard.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test methods for oil content of man-made fiber, i.e., extraction method (Method A), neutral soap washing method (Method B), optical refractive index method (Annex A), nuclear magnetic resonance method (Annex B) and rapid extrusion method (Annex C).
This standard is applicable to polyester (DTY), polyamide (nylon), polyacrylonitrile (acrylon), polypropylene, polyvinyl formal (vinylon), regenerated cellulose (viscose) man-made fibers, and may serve as a reference for other types of man-made fibers.
