1.0.1 This standard is specially developed for the purpose of unifying professional drawing rules, guaranteeing drawing quality, boosting drawing efficiency, realizing distinct and concise drawings, meeting the requirements of design, construction and filing as well as adapting to the requirements of engineering construction for building water supply and drainage.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the drawings made by computer and by hand.
1.0.3 This standard is applicable to the following engineering drawings for building water supply and drainage:
1 Design drawing and as-built drawing in each phase of engineering to be constructed, renovated or extended;
2 General design drawings and as-built drawing;
3 Measured drawings of the original buildings, structures and general layout;
4 General design drawing and standard design drawing.
1.0.4 This drawing standard shall be applied together with current national standard of "Unified Standard for Building Drawings" (GB/T 50001) according to the following requirements:
1 Those specified in this standard shall meet the requirements of this standard;
2 Those not specified in this standard but in the current national standard of "Unified Standard for Building Drawings" (GB/T 50001) shall meet the requirements of GB/T 50001.
1.0.5 Professional drawings for building water supply and drainage shall not only conform to this standard but also comply with those in the current relevant ones of the nation.
