1 Scope
This Standard specifies the determination methods of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2 in various foods.
Method I and Method II in this Standard are applicable to the determination of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2 in various foods; Method III in this Standard is applicable to the determination of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G3 in such foods as rice, corn, peanut, almond, walnut and pine nut.
For the purpose of Method I and Method II in this Standard, the minimum detectable quantities are as follows: 0.004μgfor aflatoxins B1 and G1 and 0.002μg for B2 and G2; the minimum detectable concentration are as follows: 5μg/kg for aflatoxins B1 and G1 and 2.5μg/kg for B2 and G2.
For the purpose of Method III, the detection limits of aflatoxins are as follows: 0.50μg/L for B1 and G1 and 0.125μg/L for B2 and G2, which are equivalent to the following concentrations in samples: 0.20μg/kg for B2 and G1 and 0.05μg/kg for B2 and G2. Linear ranges of aflatoxins are as follows: 0.50μg/L~100.0μg/L for B1 and G1 and 0.125μg/L~25.0μg/L for B2 and G2.
