1 Scope
This document specifies the dimensional requirements for the interchangeability of the mechanical connection between a traction wagon with a traction bar trailer fitted with a traction bar connector at the rear. This document applies to car trains consisting of a tractor trailer and a tractor wagon with a traction bar connector mounted on the rear.
This document does not apply to special car trains where the traction bar connector is mounted on the front lower part of the tractor wagon, where a closed coupling device is fitted and can be extended.
Note: The car train models that meet the requirements of this document (see Appendix A) are not interchangeable with the car train models that meet the requirements of GB/T41651.

4 Interchangeability dimensions
4.1 Traction bar connector pin centre distance from the rear end of the traction wagon
4.1.1 ﹑ The distance between the centre of the traction bar connector pin and the last end of the traction wagon (A) (see Figure 1) shall not exceed 550 mm. when all of the following conditions are met, the value of A shall be 420 mm~550 mm:
The length of the tractor trailer train is less than or equal to 20 000 mm:
The length of the load unit or box of the traction wagon and the traction bar trailer conforms to the requirements of GB/T 39661-2020 for the C745
The requirements for the type of exchange box;
The slewing clearance (S) of the tractor truck and tractor bar trailer is taken to be a minimum of 80 mm;
4.1.2 When A is greater than 420 mm, it is appropriate to use auxiliary operating devices, auxiliary operating devices should not be more than 420 mm from the outer edge of the vehicle manipulation position.
4.2 Front radius of gyration
4.2.1 traction bar hanging ring centre to the front of the traction bar trailer carriage around the outer edge of the turntable rotation movement track between the horizontal distance for the front turning radius (C) (see Figure 2), in the state of the car train according to the formula (1) calculate the minimum value Cm, unit for millimeter (mm). The slewing gap (S) between the traction wagon and the traction bar hanging workshop shall be not less than 80 mm.
4.2.2 Appendix B gives an example of the calculation of the minimum value of the front turning radius.
4.3 Height of mechanical linkage
The height (H) of the centre of the traction bar connector pin of the tractor truck from the ground under no load and full load (see Figure 1) and the height of the trailer traction bar hanging ring centre shall both conform to the provisions of Table 1.
Appendix A (informative)
Schematic diagram of wagon train models
Table A.1 gives the schematic diagram of wagon train models, where the serial number A.1.1 in Table A.1 is applicable to this document.

Appendix B (informative)
Example of calculation of minimum front turning radius
In the state of a car train, the minimum value of the front turning radius (Cma) can be determined in accordance with formula (1).
Examples of calculations for different categories are given in Table B.1.
