1 Scope
This document specifies the composition, marking, type, general provisions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, product marking and product accompanying documents and packaging, transport and storage of hot-rolled channel for urban metro and integrated pipeline corridor.
This document applies to the urban metro and integrated corridor with hot-rolled channel, other similar underground projects can refer to the implementation.

3 Terminology and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Hot-rolled channel
hot-rolling channel
A special component for fixing equipment and pipelines in urban subways and integrated pipeline corridors.
4 Composition, marking, dimensions and type
4.1 Composition and name code
Pre-embedded hot-rolling channel consists of hot-rolling channel and T-bolt, the name code of pre-embedded hot-rolling channel is "YM", the name code of hot-rolling channel is "H", the name code of T-bolt is "T", the name code shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.
5 General provisions
5.1 Hot-rolled channels
5.1.1 Hot-rolled channels shall meet the requirements for safety, reliability and serviceability under operating conditions. Reliability and serviceability requirements.
5.1.2 The hot-rolled channel shall meet the requirements of mechanical properties, fire resistance and corrosion resistance in the operating environment.
5.1.3 Hot-rolled channels shall be pre-buried in the main structure and shall have the same life as the main structure.
5.1.4 Hot-rolled channels shall be manufactured using a full hot-rolled rolling process.
5.1.5 hot-rolled channel should be used for special equipment for curvature processing. Curvature should be uniform; hot-rolled channel curvature processing should be carried out in the factory, should not be processed on site.
5.1.6 Hot-rolled channels should be hot-dipped galvanized for corrosion protection and should meet the requirements of GB/T 19292.1 for use in corrosive environments up to C4 and C4 grades. When the product application environment to meet the GB/T 19292.1 corrosive environment of atmospheric corrosion classification of C5 grade and above, hot-rolled channel anti-corrosion treatment process should be determined by the actual needs of the project.
5.2 T-bolt
5.2.1 T-bolts shall not be subjected to secondary cutting or other treatment.
5.2.2 The mechanical properties of all fasteners shall conform to the provisions of GB/T 3098.1 and GB/T 3098.2. T-bolts shall be bevelled to match the angle between the leg surface and waist of the hot-rolled channel to achieve the function of the hot-rolled channel.
5.2.3 T-bolt, washer and nut tolerances should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 3103.1, thread tolerances should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 197.
5.2.4 T-bolt should be equipped with a double hexagonal nut and spring pad, flat pad each, T-bolt head with hot-rolled channel, the size of the allowable deviation should be in line with the provisions of Table 8.
6 Requirements
6.1 Chemical composition
Hot-rolled channel material should be used low carbon alloy steel, its main chemical composition should meet the C not more than 0.08%, Si not more than 0.35%, Mn not more than 1.4%, P not more than 0.045%, S not more than 0.045%, Cr not less than 0.35%, Ni not less than 0.30%, Mo not less than 0.30% of the content requirements.
6.2 Graininess
The grain size of hot-rolled channel should reach grade 8 and above as stipulated in GB/T 6394.
6.3 Appearance
6.3.1 Hot-rolled channel should be manufactured by double-sided welding, and should not use four-sided welding. The welding of the steel channel and the anchor bar of the hot rolled channel is shown in
6.4 Torsion
The torsion of the hot rolled channel shall be less than 1°/m.
6.5 Hot-rolled channel corrosion protection layer
The surface of the hot-rolled channel should be hot-dipped galvanized + insulated closed layer anti-corrosion treatment, the technical requirements of hot-dipped galvanization should be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 13912, hot-dipped galvanization should reach TB/T 2073 provisions of grade 3, the zinc content should meet the provisions of GB/T 470, the surface of the product after galvanization should not produce white rust. Pre-embedded hot-rolled channel surface insulation sealing layer insulation performance should meet the 1 000 V insulation resistance of not less than 50 Mn, adhesion level should meet the requirements of GB/T 9286 provisions of the 0 level.
6.6 T-bolts, nuts of anti-corrosion layer
T-type bolts. Nuts should be hot dipped galvanized, hot dipped galvanizing operation should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T13912, hot dipped galvanizing should be level 1, the thickness should not be less than 50 μm.
6.7 Mechanical properties
6.7.1 The maximum working load of the hot-rolled channel should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 10.
7 Test methods
7.1 Dimensional inspection
The main dimensions of the hot-rolled channel shall be inspected with vernier calipers of 0.02 mm accuracy, and the length shall be inspected with a metre.
7.2 Angle test
The steel channel of the hot-rolled channel is first cut into 1 mm-thick slices along the vertical length with a wire cut, and then measured with a universal tool microscope and similar measuring equipment such as a projector to measure the angle.
7.3 Chemical composition test
The chemical composition of the material is checked by chemical analysis or spectroscopy. When using direct reading spectroscopy, should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T4336.
If there is disagreement with the results of the chemical analysis method to retest the same - - sample once, the analytical error should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T 222.
7.4 grain size test
Grain size inspection should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 6394.
7.5 Appearance inspection
The appearance of the hot-rolled channel inspection to visual inspection, can also be used not more than 10 times the magnifying glass inspection.
7.6 Torsion test
8 test rules
8.1 Inspection items
Hot-rolled channel inspection is divided into type inspection and factory inspection, inspection items and requirements should be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Table 12.
8.2 Type test
There are the following circumstances - - when the type test should be carried out:
a) when the new product is finalized;
b) after formal production, such as structure, materials, processes and other large changes may affect product performance;
c) more than 1 year out of production when resuming production;
d) factory test results and the last type test have a large difference;
e) each continuous production for 3 years.
8.3 Factory inspection
8.3.1 All products should be inspected, of which the appearance should be inspected piece by piece, the rest of the project should be selected according to GB/T 2829 corresponding AQL values, factory inspection projects should be based on every 10,000m for one. Inspection batch, less than 10,000m should be - batch inspection.
8.3.2 hot-rolled channel and T-bolts should be inspected and pass the certificate before leaving the factory.
9 Product markings and accompanying documents
9.1 Product markings
The following marks shall be marked on the obvious parts of the product:
a) Manufacturer's name or trademark;
b) Model or mark.
9.2 Product conformity certificate
9.2.1 Each box should have a product certificate of conformity, and the preparation of the product certificate of conformity should comply with the provisions of GB/T 14436.
9.2.2 Product certificate of conformity should include the following:
a) Product standard number;
b) test results;
c) the date of inspection of the product, the date of delivery, the inspector's signature and the manufacturer's quality inspection seal.
9.3 Product quality assurance certificate
9.3.1 Each delivery batch shall have a product quality guarantee, and the preparation of the product quality guarantee shall conform to the provisions of GB/T14436.
10 Packaging, transport and storage.
10.1 Packaging
10.1.1 The product should be packed with non-corrosive materials.
10.1.2 The obvious part of the product packaging box should be marked with the following content:
a) Product mark and trademark;
b) the name and address of the manufacturer;
10.2 Transport
Pre-embedded channels can be transported by road or rail. During transport, the product shall be protected from rain and corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis and organic solvents. The product should be placed flat and firmly fixed, and the geometry of the product should not be damaged and the outer surface of the product should not be scratched. Protective measures to prevent damage should be used when loading and unloading. Forklift trucks should be used for unloading; when cranes are used for unloading, the lifting points should not be arranged in the pre-built channels.
10.3 Storage
Pre-embedded channel should be stored in a ventilated, dry warehouse. When stored in the warehouse should be placed on the pallet rack. There should be a channel in the middle for forklift loading. They should not be placed upside down in the direction of the curvature and should not be close to water or heating sources.
