4.5 for the reclaimed water plant water quality, should be based on the water quality requirements of the customer side, and take into account the changes in water quality during the transmission and distribution of the pipe network (such as the decay of chlorine residual and microbial growth, etc.), to determine its management objectives.
4.6 recycled water plant water and user-side water quality control objectives, including water quality indicators and indicators of the rate of compliance, fluctuation rate, etc., in order to meet the requirements of its relevant water quality standards, but also according to the use of recycled water and user requirements, pay attention to chemical stability, biological stability, trace toxic and harmful pollutants and other water quality safety indicators.
4.7 When recycled water is used for a variety of purposes at the same time, water quality can be determined by the highest water quality standards or quality of water supply; can also be determined by the water quality standards of the largest users. Individual users with higher water quality requirements can supplement their own treatment to meet their water quality requirements.
4.8 According to the user use process found in the problem, timely adjustment and improvement of water quality management objectives, including the increase or decrease of water quality indicators and meet the standard rate, fluctuation rate adjustment.
4.9 According to the development of technology, the latest research results and user changes, timely adjustment and improvement of water quality management objectives of recycled water plant.
