1 Scope
This document specifies the physical and chemical properties, test methods and inspection of polyethylene (PE) / ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) children's foam pads test rules.
This document applies to low-density polyethylene. Ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and its mixture as the main raw material, adding foaming agent, cross-linking agent and other additives, by the mold add blowing agent, cross-linking agent and other additives, by the production of molded foam and post-processing and made of children's foam pads.

5 test methods
5.1 Preparation of specimen
The sample should be allowed to stand for 48 hours before the preparation of the specimen.
5.2 Specimen Conditioning and test environment
Unless otherwise specified, the specimen should be GB/T 2918, in (23 Shi 2) C, relative humidity (50 Shi 10) % of the environment for specimen condition and test. Conditioning time should not be less than 2h. and test under these conditions.
5.3 Tensile strength
GB/T 6344 according to the provisions of the test, where the specimen is 1A, the tensile speed of (500 Shi 50) mm / min.
5.4 Elongation at break
GB/T 6344 according to the provisions of the test, where the specimen is 1A, the speed of stretching (500 Shi 50) mm / min.
5.5 Tear strength
Test according to the provisions of GB/T10808, the speed of stretching (500 Shi 50) mm / min.
5.6 Small parts test
GB6675.2 - 2014 in accordance with the provisions of 5.2 test.
5.7 Fastness to rubbing color
Test according to the provisions of GB/T3920. The reciprocal rubbing 10 times, the worst result of the three specimens as the test results.
5.8 Color fastness to water
Test according to the provisions of GB/T5713. The worst result of 3 specimens as the test results.
5.9 formaldehyde emission
According to GB50325 - 2020 in Appendix B of the test.

Test according to GB/T26193, where the sample preparation in accordance with GB6675.4 - 2014 in 8.2 of the provisions.

6 test rules

6.2 Type test
6.3 Group batch
The same category, the same color, the same material, the same - specification of the product as a batch, the number of each batch does not exceed 50 000 pieces.
6.4 Sampling
Randomly selected samples from each batch of products, the sample size should not be less than 300mmX300mmX8mm, the number of samples should meet the requirements of Chapter 5 in all test methods chapter 5, all the requirements of the test method.
6.5 Judgment rules
If the test results of all items meet the requirements of the physical and chemical performance indicators specified in this document, the physical and chemical performance of the batch of products is judged to be qualified.
If there are unqualified items, the batch of products should be re-sampled in a double retest of unqualified items, double the sample retest results if all meet the physical and chemical performance index requirements, the physical and chemical properties of the batch of products are judged to be qualified, otherwise it is judged to be unqualified.
