1 Scope
This document specifies the product quality grade and range requirements of commercial coal for coking, test methods, inspection rules. Marking, transport and storage. This document applies to the production, processing, storage and transportation, sales and use of commercial coal for coking.
2 Normative references
The contents of the following documents constitute the essential provisions of this document through the normative references in the text. Among them, note the date of the cited documents, only the date of the corresponding version applies to this document; do not note the date of the cited documents, the latest version (including all the revision of the list) applies to the wood documents.
3 Terminology and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Single coal
A medium that is produced from the same coal field and has the same degree of coalification.
3.2
blended coal
The product obtained after washing and blending coal of different coalification degrees.
4 Product quality grades and technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
Commercial coal for coking is divided into single coal and blended coal; the quality grade of commercial coal for coking is divided according to ash and sulphur, and expressed in the form of "category + ash grade + full sulphur grade".
4.2 Product Classes
4.2.1 Basis for classification of product categories
Commercial coals for coking are classified according to the random reflectance distribution of the specular body and its coefficient of variation into individual coals and combined coals:
Single coal: C.V≤10, at the same time, there is no notch in the reflectivity distribution of the specular body, and it is judged according to the requirements of GB/T 15591.
Combined coal: C.V>10.
Note:C.V=s /R... ×C.V is the coefficient of variation of specular random reflectance string, R. is the mean value of specular random reflectance, s is the standard deviation of specular random L reflectance.
4.2.2 Single coal
Single coal in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5751 to determine its coal type, coking coal coal type are; gas coal, gas fertilizer coal, 1/3 coking coal, fat coal, coking coal, lean coal.
4.2.3 Matching coal
Combined coal should not be named according to GB/T 5751 in the coal category. The matching coal shall ensure the stability of coal quality, and shall provide the proportion of each coal type in the matching coal or mirror reflectivity distribution chart.
Anthracite, poor coal, long-flame coal, weak viscous coal, non-viscous coal and other coal types shall not be used in the conventional coking coal without the consent of the user.
4.3 Quality requirements
4.3.1 Ash Rating
The single coal is divided into 5 grades according to the ash content (A.>), namely Al, eight A2, A3, A4 and A5; the matching coal is divided into 4 grades according to the ash content (A,), namely A1, A2, A3 and A4. The corresponding ash index requirements for each product grade are shown in Table 1.

4.3.2 Full sulphur grades
Individual coals are divided into five grades according to their full sulphur (S.. ) is divided into 5 grades, S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5 respectively. The corresponding full sulphur index requirements for each product grade are shown in Table 2.

4.3.3 Other index requirements
Other index requirements for commercial coals for coking are shown in Table 3.

4.4 Impurity Control Requirements
The control of impurities of commercial coal for coking shall conform to the requirements of GB/T 31087.
4.5 Product Catalogue
The product catalogue of commercial coal for coking is shown in Appendix A.

5 Test Methods
5.1 Total moisture
The total moisture of coal shall be determined in accordance with GB/T 211.
5.2 Ash, volatile matter
The determination of ash and volatile matter of coal should be carried out in accordance with GB/T 212 or GB/T 30732, and the slow ashing method in accordance with GB/T 212 when arbitrating the ash content of coal.
5.3 Specular reflectance distribution
Determination of the specular reflectance distribution of coal should be carried out according to GB/T6948 or GB/T 40485.
5.4 Microscopic components
The determination of microscopic components of coal should be carried out according to GB/T8899.
5.5 Total sulphur
The determination of total sulphur of coal should be carried out according to GB/T 214 or GB/T 25214, and the arbitration should be carried out according to the Ashoka method in GB/T 214.
5.6 Phosphorus content
The determination of phosphorus content in coal should be carried out according to GB/T 216.
5.7 Chlorine content
Determination of chlorine content in coal should be carried out in accordance with GB/T 3558.
5.8 Arsenic content
The determination of arsenic content in coal shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 3058, GB/T 39538 or SN/T 3521.
5.9 Mercury content
The determination of mercury content in coal should be carried out according to GB/T 16659, GB/T 39538, SN/T 3511 or SN/T 3521.
5.10 Fluorine content
The determination of fluorine content in coal shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 4633.
5.11 Potassium and sodium content
According to the conversion of potassium and sodium content in coal ash, the determination of potassium and sodium content in coal ash should be carried out in accordance with GB/T 1574.
5.12 Binding index
Adhesion index should be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5447.
5.13 Colloidal layer index
Gum layer index should be determined according to the provisions of GB/T 479 implementation.
5.14 Oa swelling degree
Oa swelling degree should be determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5450,
5.15 Gee's flow
Gee's flow measurement should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 25213.
5.16 Coke reactivity and strength after reaction
Using MT/T 118l or YB/T4526 for coke making test, the coke reactivity and post-reaction strength should be determined according to the provisions of GB/T 4000.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Group Batch
The products are tested according to batches.
6.2 Sampling and preparation
Products according to GB/T475 or GB/T 19494.1 provisions to take, according to GB/T474 or GB/T19494.2 provisions of the preparation.
6.3 factory inspection production enterprises, distribution enterprises should be in accordance with the requirements of Table 4 test items. Factory inspection.

6.4 Type test
6.4.1 The following cases, should be type test:
a) new product design finalization and identification of batch production finalization:
b) formal production, raw materials, processes and equipment changes;
c) formal production, every six months or every change in a batch of raw materials for an inspection
d) interruptions in mass production, and resumption of production after the cessation of production
e) national or local market supervision departments to type test requirements.
6.4.2 type test items should be consistent with the requirements of Table 4.
6.5 Judgement rules
The quality of commercial coal for coking shall be judged according to the provisions of Table 1~Table 3. If the results of factory inspection and type inspection meet the requirements, the batch of products shall be judged to be qualified.
7 Marking, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The production and sale of commercial coal for coking shall be marked in accordance with the provisions of GB/T25209.
7.1.2 The marking shall include, but not be limited to, the following information as a document accompanying the circulation of commercial coal for coking:
Product name;
---Quantity;
-- Origin;
--Nominal maximum particle size or description of appearance
--Major coal quality indicators; including, but not limited to, those specified in Chapter 4:
--other t the name and address of the producer or distributor, date of production, batch number, product standard number, etc.
7.1.3 The label shall be made of waterproof, corrosion-proof and unbreakable material, which is easy to maintain for a long time.
7.2 Transportation and Storage
The transportation of commercial coal for coking. Storage shall be dustproof, rainproof, moistureproof and away from ignition sources.
Appendix A (informative)Catalogue of commercial coals for coking
Table A.1 gives a product catalogue of commercial coals for coking. Commercial coal for coking is expressed in the form of "ash grade + full sulphur grade + category", and the product codes are in the form of "category Chinese abbreviation - A-S". Of these, 25 are individual coals and 12 are blended coals.
