Rigid Polyurethane Foam Board for Frozen Soil Subgrade (DLPU)
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and labeling, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, transportation, packaging and storage of rigid polyurethane foam board for frozen soil subgrade (DLPU).
This standard is applicable to rigid polyurethane foam boards for road and railway subgrade in frozen soil area (hereinafter referred to as “DLPU”).

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

4 Classification and Labeling
4.1 Classification and designation
The products are classified into five categories according to compression strength, i.e. 200kPa, 300kPa, 400kPa, 500kPa and 600kPa, and the designation is composed of the initial letter of polyurethane in English, namely P, and the compression strength value of product.

P is the initial letter of polyurethane in English.
400 is the compression strength value of product.
4.2 Labeling
4.2.1 Labeling method
The product labeling is composed of product name abbreviation, product category and length×width×thickness.

4.2.2 Labeling example
P300 rigid polyurethane foam board for frozen soil subgrade with length, width and thickness of 2400mm, 1200mm and 50mm respectively is labeled as: DLPU-P300-2400×1200×50.
5 Technical Requirements
5.1 Appearance
The product shall be flat on the surface, straight on the cut surface and free of apparent damage affecting the use.
5.2 Specification and dimension & permissible deviation
5.2.1 Specification and dimension
See Table 1 for the main specification and dimension of product and other specifications are determined through negotiation of the supplier and the purchaser, however, the permissible deviation shall conform to the requirements specified in Table 2.

5.2.2 Permissible deviation
