1 Scope
This part of GB/T 3048 specifies the terms and definitions, test apparatus, specimen preparation, test procedures, test results and calculation, precautions and test records of test for dielectric dissipation factor.
This part is applicable to measure the dielectric dissipation factor (tanδ) and capacitance of cable products under power frequency AC voltage, but not to winding wire products.
This part shall be used in combination with GB/T 3048.1.
