1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for basic conditions for trial operation of urban rail transit as well as gauge, civil works, vehicles and vehicle bases, operation equipment system, personnel, operation organization, emergency response and drill, system test and inspection, etc.
This standard is applicable to the identification of the basic condition for trial operation of constructed, renovated and expanded urban rail transit lines.
