3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 29317 and the following apply.
3.1
public AC charger
AC charger installed in public area to realize the transfer of electric energy property rights, with metering and billing functions, and to provide settlement vouchers after the end of charging
3.2
total charging energy
total charging energy recorded by charger in the working state since the first charge
3.3
rate amount
amount obtained by multiplying the electric energy output of charger in the corresponding period of working state by the rate
3.4
additional amount
charges other than the rate amount recorded in the working state of charger
Note: Such as parking fees.
3.5
billable amount
sum of the rate amount and additional amount recorded in the working state of charger, which is used for settlement with the user
3.6
total billable amount
sum of the billable amount recorded from the first charge in the working state of charger
3.7
measuring module
electrical meter installed inside a charger for measuring electric energy
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Interface
Electric energy metering interface of charger shall meet the following requirements:
a) It shall have an interface for transmitting AC electric energy with the electric vehicle charging and energy storage system;
b) It should have an electric energy pulse output interface for measuring errors, which can be directly output through the body;
c) It shall have a communication interface for transmitting electric energy and electricity charge information;
