GB/T8170 Value modification rules and limit values of the representation and determination
YS/T 1011 Method for the chemical analysis of high-purity cobalt: determination of impurity element content by glow discharge mass spectrometry
3 Terminology and definitions
There are no terms and definitions in this document that need to be defined.
4 Product classification
High purity cobalt is divided into two grades according to its cobalt content: HPCo-6N and HPCo-5N.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of high purity drill shall be in accordance with Table 1.
5.2 Specifications and dimensions
High purity cobalt shall be in the form of strips or lumps, and the specific size shall be determined according to the requirements of the demander.
5.3 Appearance and quality
5.3.1 The high-purity drill shall have a metallic lustre, a clean and tidy surface, free of oil and adherents, and free of penetrating air holes.
5.3.2 The raised surface area of high-purity cobalt shall not exceed 3 mm x 3 mm, and the height beyond the surface shall not be greater than 3 mm, and there shall be no more than three raised objects per square centimetre.
5.3.3 The colour of the same batch of products shall be consistent.
5.4 Other requirements
If the demander has special requirements on the chemical composition and physical specifications of high purity cobalt, both the supplier and the demander can negotiate and specify in the order form.
6 Test methods
6.1 The determination of impurity element content of high purity drill is carried out in accordance with YS/T 1011.
6.2 The dimensions of high-purity cobalt are measured with the corresponding precision gauges.
6.3 The appearance quality is carried out by visual inspection, and the size of the surface projections is measured by the corresponding precision gauges.
7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection and acceptance
7.1.1 The product shall be inspected by the supplier or a third party to ensure that the product conforms to the provisions of this document or the order form.
7.1.2 The supplier may inspect the products received. If the test results are not in accordance with the provisions of this document or the order form, they shall be submitted to the supplier within 15 days from the date of receipt of the products and shall be resolved by mutual agreement between the supplier and the demander; if arbitration is required, samples shall be taken by mutual agreement for arbitration and shall be carried out jointly by the supplier and the demander.
7.2 Grouping of batches
Each batch shall be composed of products of the same grade produced by the same production system and the same production cycle.
7.3 Inspection items
Each batch shall be inspected for chemical composition, dimensions and appearance quality.
7.4 Sampling and preparation of samples
7.4.1 - Samples for chemical composition analysis: not less than two samples shall be randomly cut from the product using shearing equipment. A sample is placed in a ratio of V (nitric acid): V (deionized water) = 1:1 nitric acid solution (nitric acid purity requirements of analytical purity above) soaked in 1 min ~ 2 min, then fully washed with deionized water to remove surface dirt and residual acid and dry to prevent oxidation, vacuum-packed in an aluminium-plastic bag for the testing body for chemical composition analysis. The rest of the sample is kept as a secondary sample for arbitration or other needs.
7.4.2 The quality of appearance and dimensions shall be inspected piece by piece.
7.5 - Determination of test results
7.5.1 Analytical results shall be modified in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 8170 and shall be determined by comparison of the modified values.
7.5.2 If the analysis result of chemical composition is not in accordance with the provisions of this document and the order form, the batch of products shall be judged as unqualified.
7.5.3 If the appearance quality and dimensions do not conform to the provisions of this document or the order form, the product shall be judged as unqualified.
8 Marking, packaging, transport, storage and accompanying documents
8.1 Marking
The outer packaging of high purity cobalt shall be printed with the product name, trademark, supplier's name, supplier's address, batch number, net weight, and the words "moisture-proof" and "careful and light" or signs.
8.2 Packaging, transport and storage
8.2.1 The inner packaging of high-purity cobalt is covered with cushioning material and then vacuum-encapsulated in aluminium-plastic bags, and the outer packaging is packed in cartons or wooden boxes.
8.2.2 During the transportation of high-purity cobalt, it shall be prevented from collision, falling from height, rain and contact with various reagents, and the packaging shall be complete.
8.2.3 High-purity cobalt shall be stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse without corrosive gases, and shall not be stored together with acids, alkalis, oils and chemicals.
8.3 Accompanying documentation
Each batch of product shall be accompanied by documentation, which shall include, in addition to information on the supplier, product information, the number of this document, the date of delivery or the date of packaging, the following information.
