1 Scope
This standard specifies the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method for the determination of aflatoxin B1 in animal feeding stuffs.
This standard is applicable to the determination of aflatoxin B1 in various feed materials, formula feeds and concentrate feeds.
The detection limit of this standard is 0.1μg/kg.
