1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transport and storage for and of food additives.
This standard is applicable for the analysis and evaluation on the quality of ethyl lactate made by chemical synthesis of lactic acid and ethyl alcohol.
