3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB 7956.1 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
rated lifting capacity
F
The total weight of the container that the lifting arm can hoist or lift at the standard installation frame height (CH).
Note: Standard installation frame height: for 8t ≤ F ≤ 32t, CH = 1050 mm.
3.2
lifting angle
K
The angle between the module (equipment container) and the subframe during the self-loading/unloading process.
3.3
hooklift self-loading and unloading device
A self-loading/unloading device using a hook-lift mechanism, used for the rapid loading/unloading of modules (equipment containers) containing firefighting equipment at disaster sites.
3.4
telescopic boom self-loading and unloading device
A self-loading/unloading device using a telescopic boom, used for the rapid loading/unloading of modules (equipment containers) containing firefighting equipment at disaster sites.
3.5
stabilizer self-loading and unloading device
A self-loading/unloading device using stabilizers (outriggers), used for the rapid loading/unloading of modules (equipment containers) containing firefighting equipment at disaster sites.
4 Model Designation
4.1 Model Composition
The product model designation for a self-loading/unloading fire fighting vehicle consists of the fire fighting vehicle manufacturer's code, vehicle category code, main parameter code, product serial number, structural feature code, purpose feature code, classification code, main parameter code for the special firefighting equipment, and chassis feature code, with an optional manufacturer-defined suffix. The model designation method is as follows:
4.2 Self-Loading/Unloading Fire Fighting Vehicle Type Code
The type code for self-loading/unloading fire fighting vehicles shall comply with the provisions of GB 7956.1.
4.3 Self-Loading Device Category Feature Code for Self-Loading/Unloading Fire Fighting Vehicles
The self-loading device category feature code for self-loading/unloading fire fighting vehicles shall comply with the provisions specified in Table 1.
Table 1 Self-Loading Device Category Feature Codes for Self-Loading/Unloading Fire Fighting Vehicles
Example 1:
A self-loading/unloading fire fighting vehicle produced by a manufacturer (manufacturer code: SXD), with a total mass of 19 t, carrying a water supply module container with a full load mass of 10000 kg, using a hooklift self-loading and unloading device, and not having undergone modifications, is designated as SXD5190TXFZX100/L-MH.
Example 2:
A self-loading/unloading fire fighting vehicle produced by a manufacturer (manufacturer code: WSD), with a total mass of 25 t, carrying an emergency rescue module container with a full load mass of 16000 kg, using a stabilizer self-loading and unloading device, having undergone one modification, is designated as WSD5251TXFZX160/Z-JY.
Example 3:
A self-loading/unloading fire fighting vehicle produced by a manufacturer (manufacturer code: SJD), with a total mass of 30 t, carrying both an emergency rescue module container and a logistics support module container with a combined full load mass of 16000 kg, using a telescopic boom self-loading and unloading device, having undergone one modification, is designated as SJD5301TXFZX160/D-JY-HB.
5 Technical Requirements
5.1 Basic Requirements
Self-loading/unloading fire fighting vehicles shall comply with the provisions of GB 7956.1.
5.2 Vehicle Requirements
5.2.1 The hooklift self-loading and unloading device is shown in Figure 1. The design values for the hook center height (H), guide-in width, and guide-in height (T) shall comply with the provisions in Table 3.
5.2.2 A plate indicating the hydraulic oil type, operating temperature range, capacity, replacement interval, and precautions for hydraulic oil replacement shall be provided in a conspicuous location near the hydraulic oil tank. The hydraulic oil tank shall be equipped with a device indicating the oil level and temperature inside the tank.
5.2.3 All equipment inside the module container shall be securely fixed and in good condition. The hydraulic system shall show no oil leakage. The arrangement of the self-loading/unloading mechanism shall facilitate loading/unloading. An anti-skid mechanism shall be provided when the module container is loaded into the travel position.
5.3 Operating Instructions and Marking Requirements
5.3.1 In addition to meeting the requirements of GB 7956.1 for vehicle markings and identification, the category of the module container shall be indicated in white font on both sides of the module container. The font size shall ensure it is clearly readable by personnel at a distance of 10 m from the container.
5.3.2 For vehicles using a hooklift self-loading and unloading device, markings indicating the maximum loadable module container mass, maximum length, and hook center height shall be provided at a readily visible location on the vehicle. Operating instructions and warning signs shall be provided at the hooklift operation location(s), and all operating levers and buttons shall have operating markings.
5.3.3 For vehicles using a telescopic boom self-loading and unloading device, a marking indicating the maximum hoistable module container mass shall be provided at a readily visible location on the vehicle. Furthermore, a product nameplate for the boom shall be provided in a location visible to the operator. The product nameplate shall include at least
