1.0.1 This Code is formulated with a view to strengthening the quality management of urban rail transit signal engineering, standardizing the quality acceptance criteria of urban rail transit signal engineering, and guaranteeing the engineering quality.
1.0.2 This Code is applicable to the constructional quality acceptance of urban rail transit signal engineering.
1.0.3 During the construction of urban rail transit signal engineering, efforts shall be put to the environmental protection, safe and civilized construction and scientific and reasonable utilization of resources.
1.0.4 Urban rail transit signal engineering shall be constructed based on the approved design documents that are subject to revision after the it is approved and design change or change memorandum is signed by the design organization.
1.0.5 Attention shall be paid to adopt the identified and approved new technologies, new processes, new materials and new equipment, relevant supporting documents shall be checked, and corresponding technical construction standards shall be developed.
1.0.6 Quality inspection and detection methods for the urban rail transit signal engineering shall meet the requirements of the relevant standards. Inspection and detection instruments and meters shall quantitatively be inspected qualified and applied within the validity period of quantitative inspection.
1.0.7 Constructional quality acceptance of urban rail transit signal engineering shall meet the requirements of this Code as well as those of the current relevant standards of the nation.
2 Terms
2.0.1 Automatic train control (ATC)
The component composed of integrated system and equipment for realizing such functions as the automatic train monitoring, train safety protection and train operating control.
2.0.2 Automatic train protection (ATP)
The component composed of integrated equipment for realizing the automatic monitor and control functions the train operation interval, over-speed protection, access passage safety and door opening and closing
2.0.3 Automatic train operation (ATO)
The component composed of integrated equipment for realizing the automatic monitor and control functions for the train operation speed, stopping, and door opening and closing, etc.
2.0.4 Automatic train supervision (ATS)
The component composed of integrated equipment for realizing the automatic monitor and control functions for the train running along the admission passage set in the time table, running command, and implementation of operation management, etc.
2.0.5 Cab-signal
Operation control command and monitoring information provided by the vehicle equipment to the train
2.0.6 Communication based train control (CBTC)
Train operating control technology on the basis of two-way and high-speed train wayside communication at real time or within a certain period by virtue of wireless mobile communications
3 Basic Requirement
3.1 General Requirement
3.1.1 Corresponding technical construction standards, sound quality management systems and construction quality inspection systems shall be developed for the quality management at the construction site of urban rail transit signal engineering.
As for the quality management at the construction site of urban rail transit signal engineering, records shall be inspected in accordance with Appendix A of this Code.
3.1.2 The construction quality control shall be conducted on the urban rail transit signal engineering in accordance with Article 3.0.2 of the current national standard "Unified Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering" (GB 50300-2001) and the engineering shall meet the following requirements as well:
1 Construction organization shall accept the appearances, specifications, models and quality certificates of the main materials, members and accessories and equipment adopted in the engineering, which are to be inspected and recognized by the supervision engineer.
2 Construction organization shall inspect all the items related to the structure safety and application function, and the supervision organization shall witness it or conduct sampling detection or parallel inspection according to the requirements.
