1.0.1 This code is formulated with a view to implementing the national relevant laws, regulations and policies on the design oil and gas transportation pipeline crossing engineering and ensuring the safety, environmental protection, economy and rationality as well as applicability and reliability of the engineering.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the design for constructed and extended engineering of the oil and gas transportation pipeline onshore crossing artificial or natural barrier.
1.0.3 The design for crossing engineering shall not only meet the requirements of this code, but also meet those specified in the current relevant national standards
