1.0.1 This code was formulated with a view to improving the construction level and promoting technical progress of metal-cutting machine installation engineering, guaranteeing the construction quality and safety, and improving economic benefit.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the construction and acceptance of installation engineering of turning machine, drilling machine, boring machine, grinding machine, gear-cutting machine, thread cutting machine, milling machine, planning machine, slotting machine, broaching machine, sawing machine, special processing machine and combined machine specified in Annex A.
1.0.3 Metal-cutting machine installation engineering shall start with the equipment open package and then follow assembly, alignment, leveling, testing the relevant geometric accuracy, no-load commissioning qualification and engineering acceptance.
1.0.4 When the geometric accuracy is tested out of the requirements in this code, the preset accuracy of the corresponding parts may be adjusted. As for the completion acceptance, machines of integral installation shall be based on the installation level and machines of disintegrating installation shall be based on the geometric accuracy. The preset accuracy may not be retested.
1.0.5 Except for those requirements stipulated in this code, those in the current relevant ones of the nation also shall be complied with for the construction and acceptance of metal-cutting machine installation engineering.
