1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This standard is established to unify method and standard for inspection and evaluation of anticorrosive engineering quality of buildings, divide engineering quality level, promote the enterprise strengthening management and ensure engineering quality.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the inspection and evaluation of anticorrosive engineering quality of new constructed, reconstructed and expanded buildings and structures.
1.0.3 The key technical indexes and technical requirements of this standard are established according to current national standard GB 50212-91 "Specification for construction and acceptance of anticorrosive engineering of buildings" (hereinafter referred to as hereinafter referred to as "construction specification").
1.0.4 The raw materials, semiproducts and finished products quality of the anticorrosive engineering of building inspected and evaluated according to this standard shall meet the relevant provisions in "construction specification" or current national standard.
2 Engineering Division, Level, Procedure and Organization of Quality Inspection and Evaluation
2.1 Engineering division
2.1.1 The inspection and evaluation of anticorrosive engineering quality of buildings shall be carried out according to sub-divisional work and partitioned project in turn.
2.1.2 The division of sub-divisional work and partitioned project shall meet the following requirements:
2.1.2.1 The sub-divisional work shall be divided according to the type of main anticorrosive materials. The primary treatment engineering can constitute sub-divisional work independently.
The sub-divisional work of anticorrosive engineering of building may be divided into: primary treatment engineering, anticorrosive engineering of block materials, anticorrosive engineering of kerite, anticorrosive engineering of liquid glass class, anticorrosive engineering of sulfur class, anticorrosive engineering of resene, anticorrosive engineering of neoprene latex cement mortar, anticorrosive engineering of coating class and engineering of acid proof ceramic pipe.
2.1.2.2 The partitioned projects shall be divided according to constituting the buildings or structures independently; all the anticorrosive engineering shall be one partitioned project.
2.2 Level
2.2.1 the quality of sub-divisional work and partitioned project are divided into "qualified" and "good" in this standard.
2.2.2 The quality level of sub-divisional work shall meet the following requirements:
2.2.2.1 Qualified:
(1) The guarantee items shall meet the requirements of corresponding quality inspection and evaluation standard;
(2) The number and position of random inspection for the elementary items shall meet the qualification provisions in corresponding quality inspection and evaluation standard;
(3) 70% or more actual values of the random inspection number for allowable deviation items shall be within the range of specified value and the actual values of other points shall not exceed the corresponding maximum deviation value specified in this standard.
2.2.2.2 Good:
(1) The guarantee items shall meet the requirements of corresponding quality inspection and evaluation standard;
(2) The number and position of random inspection for elementary items shall meet the qualification provisions in corresponding quality inspection and evaluation standard; among which 50% or more positions shall meet the good provisions.
(3) 90% or more actual values of the random inspection number for allowable deviation items shall be within the range of specified value and the actual values of other points shall not exceed the corresponding maximum deviation value specified in this standard.
Note: (1) Guarantee item: it refers to the inspection item that guarantees the engineering safety and use function which has a dominating influence on engineering quality.
(2) Elementary item: it refers to the inspection item that guarantee the engineering safety and use function which has an important influence on engineering quality.
(3) Allowable deviation item: it refers to the inspection item that allows a small amount of monitoring points exceeding the allowable deviation within the proportionality range of specified in this standard and can still satisfy engineering safety and use function.
2.2.3 The quality level of partitioned project shall meet the following requirements:
2.2.3.1 Qualified:
(1) The inspection and evaluation quality of all included sub-divisional work shall meet the provisions of qualification level;
(2) The item and standard of appearance quality evaluation shall meet the provisions in Annex A of this standard; the scoring average of appearance quality evaluation shall reach 70% or more;
(3) The quality assurance information shall be complete basically.
2.2.3.2 Good:
(1) The quality of all the included sub-divisional works shall be qualified; among which 50% or more shall be good and the main sub-divisional work shall be good;
(2) The item and standard of appearance quality evaluation shall meet the provisions in Annex A of this standard; the scoring average of appearance quality evaluation shall reach 85% or more;
(3) The quality assurance information shall be complete.
2.2.4 If the sub-divisional work quality do not meet the qualification provisions in corresponding quality inspection and evaluation standard, the sub-divisional work shall be handled in time and determined the quality level according to the following provisions:
2.2.4.1 The rework one may evaluated the quality grade over again.
2.2.4.2 For the one reach the design requirements after repairing, the quality is qualified.
2.3 Procedure and organization
2.3.1 The partitioned project leader organize the evaluation of the sub-divisional work quality on the basis of team self checking and the full-time quality inspector check and ratify the sub-divisional work quality. The standard format of quality inspection and evaluation table of subentry project shall meet in Annex B of this standard.
2.3.2 The unit project leader organize the evaluation for partitioned project and the full time quality inspector check and ratify the partitioned project quality. The contents and format of quality assurance information check table the requirements in Annex C of this standard. The format of overall evaluation table of partitioned project quality shall meet the requirements in Annex D of this standard.
2.3.3 The general contract organization shall be fully responsible for the engineering quality. When the partitioned project is subcontracted and constructed by several organizations, each subcontractor shall inspect and evaluate the quality level of constructed sub-divisional work according to the requirements in this standard and submit the result and information of evaluation to general contract organization.
2.3.4 The inspection tools adopted in inspection method of this standard shall meet the provisions in Annex E of this standard.
