1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, analysis methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of beer.
It is applicable to the production, inspection and marketing of beer.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.

beer
a foamy and low-alcoholic fermented wine containing carbon dioxide, which is generated by yeast fermentation by taking malt and water as raw materials and added with hops (including hop product)
