Beer bottles
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transport and storage of glass beer bottles.
This standard is applicable to the glass bottles for beer.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 9987 as well as the following apply.

recycle beer bottle
beer bottles designed to be refillable
3.2
recycle new bottle
recyclable beer bottles that can be handed over for acceptance and have not been filled with beer
3.3
recycle used bottle
recyclable beer bottles that have been filled with beer and can be refilled with beer
3.4
non-recycle bottle
beer bottles designed to be non-refillable
4 Product classification
4.1 Beer bottles are divided into recycle beer bottles and non-recycle bottles according to whether they are reusable.
4.2 Recycle beer bottles can be divided into recycle new bottles and recycle used bottles according to their use status.
5 Requirements
5.1 Physical and chemical performance
The physical and chemical performance shall meet those specified in Table 1.
