General safety technical specification for infants and children paper products
1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, requirements and identification of infants and children paper products, and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document is applicable to infants and children (under the age of 6) paper products produced and sold within China.
Note: This document is intended for infants aged 36 months and below, as well as children aged 3 years to 6 years.

4.2 Infants and children paper products for daily use include toilet tissue paper, paper towels, wet wipes and disposable diapers (papers and pads) for infants and children's daily use.
4.3 Infants and children paper products for cultural use include paper, cardboard, paper books and reading materials, etc. for infant and children's cultural use.
