GB 30510-2014 Fuel consumption limits for heavy-duty commercial vehicles
1 Scope
This document specifies the fuel consumption limits for heavy-duty commercial vehicles, production conformity, judgment on the same type and implementation of standards.
This document is applicable to commercial vehicles, including freight trains, semi-trailers, buses, dump trucks and city buses, with a maximum design total mass greater than 3,500 kg, capable of burning gasoline or diesel fuel.
This document is not applicable to special purpose vehicles.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 3730.1, GB/T 3730.2, GB/T 17350 and GB/T 19596 apply.
4 General requirements
4.1 The comprehensive fuel consumption of gasoline and diesel vehicles measured according to GB/T 27840-2021 shall meet the corresponding fuel consumption limits specified in Clause 5.
4.2 The comprehensive fuel consumption of hybrid electric vehicles measured according to GB/T 19754-2021 shall meet the corresponding fuel consumption limits specified in Clause 5.
4.3 The concrete truck mixers shall meet the fuel consumption limits of dump trucks specified in 5.4.
