Frozen drinks and their ingredients
1 Scope
This standard is applicable to frozen drinks and their ingredients.
It is inapplicable to frozen drinks made and sold on site.
2 Terms and definitions
2.1 frozen drinks
solid or semi-solid foods, including ice cream, milk ice, ice frost, frozen sucker, sweet and edible ice, made of several of drinking water, sugar, milk, dairy products, fruit and vegetable products, beans, edible oil and fat as the main raw materials, by adding or not adding supplements, food additives and food enrichments, in a process of mixing, pasteurization or sterilization, and congelation or freezing
2.2 ingredients
liquid, solid or powder products (including soft serve ice cream mix, drinkable milk ice mix and soft serve ice cream premix powder) used to make soft ice cream and drinkable milk ice by congelation according to the final product formula
3 Technical requirements
3.1 Requirements for raw materials
The raw materials for the products shall meet the corresponding food standards and relevant requirements.
3.2 Sensory requirements
The sensory requirements for the products shall meet those specified in Table 1.
