This standard specifies the terms, definition, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage of the bowl-coupler type steel tube scaffolding member.
This standard is applicable to the production and inspection of the bowl-coupler type steel tube scaffolding members used in the bowl-coupler type steel tube scaffolding and formwork-support in construction engineering. It is also applicable to the bowl-coupler type steel tube scaffolding members used in the municipal, hydraulic, chemical, coal and marine engineering. The steel tube scaffolding members of round button, disc and plug-in types and so on shall be implemented according to this standard.
