1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packing, marking, transportation and storage of bulk blending fertilizer.
This standard is applicable to the fertilizers with various name made by dry mixing method with the declarable contents of at least two nutrients from nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, to the bulk blending fertilizer which is slow release type, controlled release type and whose organic matter mass fraction is not greater than 20%, to the compound fertilizer or complex fertilizer of dry mixing fertilizer granules filling nitrogen and (or) phosphorus and (or) potassium.
This standard is not applicable to the products only dry mixing organic particle and (or) biological agent particle and (or) trace elements particle.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions are applicable to this standard.
3.1 Bulk blending fertilizer
The particle fertilizer prepared by dry mixing method, with declarable content of at least two nutrients from nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, also called BB fertilizer.
3.2 Total primary nutrient
The sum of total nitrogen, effective phosphorus pentoxide and potassium oxide content, expressed by mass fraction.
3.3 Declarable content
The element (or oxide) content indicated in the package, label or inspection certificate of fertilizer.
3.4 Formula
A method to express, with Arabic numerals, the proportion (in percentage) of N-P2O5-K2O (total nitrogen-effective phosphorus pentoxide-potassium oxide) in compound fertilizer in such sequence. The sum of thosel values shall be equal to the declarable content of the total primary nutrient.
Note: "0" means such element is not included in the fertilizer.
