1 Scope
This standard specifies the operation conditions and technical requirements for enterprises handling dangerous chemicals business.
This standard is applicable to any enterprises involved in trading and delivery of dangerous chemicals within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

3 Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following definitions apply.
3.1 dangerous chemical
As specified in GB 13690, dangerous chemicals are classified into eight categories:
a) explosives;
b) compressed gas and liquefied gas;
c) flammable liquids;
d) flammable solids, spontaneous combustible articles and flammable articles when wet;
e) oxidizers and organic peroxides;
f) toxic goods;
g) radioactive substances;
h) corrosives.
3.2 hypertoxic

3.3 incinpatible inaterals
chemical materials of conflicting chemical properties or of different fire extinguishment methods [GB 15603-1995, 3.4]
3.4 segregated storage
the storage mode that different materials are given certain distance and non-incinpatible inaterals are separated by passageway in the same room or area [GB 15603-1995, 3.1]
3.5 cut-off storage
the storage mode that incinpatible inaterals are separated by partition or wall in the same building or area [GB 15603-1995, 3.2]
3.6 detached storage
the storage mode applied in different buildings or far from all external areas [GB 15603-1995, 3.3]
