3 Terminology and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Leno fabrics
Fabrics in which two groups of warp yarns (ground warp, doup warp) are twisted in whole or in part by means of special doup devices and interwoven with the weft yarns to form doup holes, resulting in a striped or floral distribution on the surface.
Note 1: The common doup heald device and typical doup hole form of roving fabric see Appendix A.
Note peal:The main characteristic and identification of the roving fabric is based on the doup organisation. Can be used 10 times and above the magnifying glass observation fabric, distinguish warp and weft interweaving warp is not twisted each other, that is, the ground warp position does not move, twisted warp sometimes in the right side of the ground warp, sometimes in the left side of the ground warp and weft for interweaving characteristics, for the identification of the lo fabric.

4.7.3 The grade, width, colour and pattern of each section of the open cut piecing shall be the same.
4.7.4 On average, one defect is allowed per 10 m and less. Faults of 3 and 4 points each shall be marked and continuous faults of more than 10 cm shall be marked with a minimum of 10 cm per mark, and no further marks shall be awarded for faults after marking. Local defects shall be marked at a distance of not less than 4 m from each other or from the end of the fabric.
5 Test methods
5.1 Test methods for intrinsic quality
5.1.1 Density test method
According to GB/T4668-1995 implementation; arbitration test using method A.
Each sample should be measured at least 3 m from the ends of five weft density, each two measurements at an interval of more than 2 m, the arithmetic mean of the measured values, according to GB/T 8170 revised to 0.1 root/10 cm.
5.1.2 Quality test methods
According to GB/T 4669 - 2008 in the implementation of method 5; arbitration test according to the implementation of method 3.
5.1.3 Fibre content test method
According to GB/T 2910 (all parts), FZ/T 01026, FZ/T 01057 (all parts) implementation.
5.1.4 Breaking strength test method
Executed according to GB/T 3923.1.
5.1.5 Tearing strength test method
According to GB/T 3917.2 implementation.
5.1.6 Test method for degree of fracture
According to GB/T13772.2 implementation. 5.1.7: Washing dimensional change test method according to GB/T 8628, GB/T 8629-2017, GB/T 8630. The washing method adopts the 4G program of GB/T 8629-2017 in type A standard washing machine, and the drying method adopts program A (hanging drying) in GB/T 8629-2017.
5.1.8 Colour fastness test method
5.1.8.1 Colour fastness to water according to GB/T 5713. 5.1.8.2 Colour fastness to perspiration according to GB/T 3922.
5.1.8.3 Colour fastness to soaping according to GB/T 3921-2008, test conditions choose A (1) method.
5.1.8.4 Dry-cleaning fastness according to GB/T 5711 implementation.
5.1.8.5 Colour fastness to rubbing according to GB/T 3920.
5.1.8.6 Colour fastness to heat and pressure according to GB/T 6152. Using the tide pressure method, the temperature is 110 ℃.
5.1.8.7 Light fastness according to GB/T 8427-2019 in the implementation of method 3, sunlight to the first stage.
5.2 Appearance quality test method
5.2.1 Colour difference
D65 standard light source or north natural light, illumination of not less than 600 lx, the sample should be measured in the same longitudinal and latitudinal direction, human light and the sample surface is about 45 "angle, the line of sight of the inspector is roughly perpendicular to the sample surface, the distance of about 60 cm visual inspection, and GB / T 250 standard sample card comparison rating.
5.2.2 Width deviation rate
The effective width (except for the edge) is measured. The width of the whole sample can be measured in 5 evenly spaced places at least hy from both ends. The arithmetic mean of the measured values is used as the test result and is rounded to one decimal place in accordance with GR/T 8170.
The arbitration test is carried out according to GB/T 4666.
5.2.3 Appearance faults inspection
5.2.3.1 warp inspection machine or weft inspection. Tenacious me test using the warp inspection machine test.
5.2.3.2 light source using daylight fluorescent lamps, the average illumination of the table surface 600 lx ~ 700 lx, the ambient light source control in 150 lkx or less. Latitudinal inspection can be used to natural north light, the average illumination in 320 lx ~ ~ 600 lx.
5.2.3.3 warp inspection machine, the inspection speed of (15 Shi 5) m / min. latitudinal table inspection speed of 15 pages / min.
5.2.3.4 The inspector's eyes are about 60 cm~80 cm from the centre of the fabric surface. 114 cm width and below are inspected by one person, 114 cm width and above are inspected by two persons.
5.2.3.5 Faults in appearance shall be based on the front side of the fabric surface flat, and shall also be scored when faults on the reverse side affect the front side. The size of the defect is measured by the maximum value in the warp or weft direction.
5.2.3.6 Weft slope, flower slope check slope test method according to GB / T 14801 implementation.
