5 Test methods
5.1 Intrinsic quality test methods 5.1.1 Density deviation rate
According to GB/T 4668-1995 implementation, arbitration test using method A.
Each sample should be measured at least 3 m from the ends of five weft density, each two measurements at an interval of more than 2 m, the arithmetic mean of the measured values, according to GB/T 8170 revised to 0.1 root/10 cm.
5.1.2 Quality deviation rate
According to GB/T4669 - 2008 in the implementation of method 5, arbitration test according to the implementation of method 3.
5.1.3 Tolerance of fibre content
According to GB/T 2910 (all parts), FZ/T 01026, FZ/T 01057 (all parts) implementation.
5.1.4 Fabric thickness
Executed according to GB/T 3820.
colour
5.1.5 Breaking strength
Executed according to GB/T 3923.1.
5.1.6 Tearing strength
According to GB/T 3917.1 implementation.
5.1.7 Degree of faulty
According to GB/T13772.2 implementation, the width of the sample size using 75 mm.
5.1.8 Washing size change rate
According to GB/T8628,GB/T 8629-2017,GB/T 8630. The washing method adopts the 4H procedure in GB/T 8629-2017, and the drying method adopts method A (hanging drying).
5.1.9 Dry cleaning size change rate
According to GB/T 8628, GB/T 19981.2, the dry cleaning load in the dry cleaning program is reduced to 66% of the normal material, no water additives are used, the washing time is reduced to 5 min, the rinsing time is reduced to 3 min, and the rest of the material is dry cleaned with the same parameters as the normal material. Use an iron for ironing.
5.1.10 Colour fastness
5.1.10.1 The test method for colour fastness to soaping shall be in accordance with method A(1) of GB/T 3921-2008.
5.1.10.2 Dry-cleaning fastness test method according to GB/T 5711.
5.1.10.3 Water fastness test method according to GB/T 5713.
5.2 Appearance quality test method
5.2.1 Deviation rate of width
Executed according to GB/T 4666.
5.2.2 Colour difference
The use of D65 standard light source or north natural light, illumination of not less than 600 lx, the sample should be measured in the same part of the latitude and longitude, human light and the sample surface at an angle of about 45 °, the inspector's line of sight is approximately perpendicular to the sample surface, the distance of about 60 cm visual inspection, and GB / T 250 standard sample card comparison rating.
5.2.3 Appearance faults
5.2.3.1 The use of warp inspection machine or latitudinal bench inspection. Arbitration inspection using the warp inspection machine inspection.
5.2.3.2 light source using daylight fluorescent lamps, the average illumination of the table surface 60O lx ~ 700 lx, the ambient light source control in 150 lkx or less. Latitudinal inspection can be used to natural north light, the average illumination in 320 lx ~ 600 lx.
5.2.3.3 warp inspection machine, the inspection speed of (15 ± 5) m / min. weft table inspection speed of 15 pages / min.
5.2.3.4 The inspector's eyes are about 60 cm~80 cm from the centre of the fabric surface. 114 cm width and below are inspected by one person, 114 cm width and above are inspected by two people.
5.2.3.5 The appearance of defects to the surface of the fabric flat spread front prevails, the reverse side of the fault shadow go surface should also be scored. The size of the defects according to the maximum amount of warp or weft.
5.2.3.6 weft slope, flower slope, check slope test method according to GB/T 14801, execution you.
